This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete deployment lifecycle for enterprise voice AI integrations, from initial setup to production launch and continuous reliability.
• Act as the main technical liaison for a portfolio of enterprise clients, facilitating architecture discussions, managing troubleshooting escalations, and ensuring system health.
• Develop and sustain monitoring infrastructure, dashboards, and alert systems that identify issues before they escalate into client concerns.
• Manage telephony integrations across SIP, RTP, and enterprise backend systems, guaranteeing secure and stable production performance.
• Convert client requirements into scalable solutions within platform limitations, and relay patterns back to product and engineering to address gaps.
• Promote a data-driven approach to deployments by creating logging and analytics systems that support proactive optimization.
• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing technical position: solutions engineering, technical consulting, or deployment/implementation.
• Practical Python experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and telephony infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Ability to independently manage complex relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Availability during PST business hours (full overlap required).
