Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and deliver full-stack features that effectively address our customers' compliance challenges.

• Manage the technical relationship with key clients; implementing solutions, gathering requirements, and converting feedback into product enhancements.

• Develop scalable services and APIs that support our LLM compliance platform while prioritizing the customer experience.

• Make impactful technical decisions swiftly, understanding that you will be accountable to our engineering standards and our clients.

• Question assumptions regarding "why" and "how," as you will directly affect what we develop and the methods we employ.

• Influence our product roadmap and engineering methodologies as we transition from Series A to market leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience building full-stack systems at a significant scale; you are comfortable designing backend services and deploying frontend code that customers engage with daily.

• You possess deep knowledge in one or more of the following: Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python, and you are proficient enough across the stack to manage features from start to finish.

• You have a solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and the trade-offs between speed and reliability in production settings.

• You genuinely enjoy collaborating with customers; you are not just delivering features, but you also seek to understand the human problems you are addressing.

• You have experience shipping products in fast-paced environments and comprehend what it takes to operate quickly without compromising quality.

• You are curious about the workings of LLMs and are enthusiastic about creating practical applications based on them, beyond just theoretical knowledge.
