This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the technical execution of integrations between GenLogs and external systems.

• Facilitate customer discovery sessions to understand processes, data flows, and operational limitations.

• Convert customer requirements into technical specifications, API documentation, and data model designs.

• Develop REST API integrations, event-driven workflows, and data pipelines utilizing Python, TypeScript, SQL, queueing, etc.

• Work closely with product and platform engineering teams to shape the roadmap and reusable integration frameworks.

• Offer hands-on technical assistance during rollouts, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Create documentation for workflows, integration maps, and best practices.

• Educate customer IT teams and operators on adopting and scaling GenLogs solutions.

• Manage the entire lifecycle: scoping, implementation, deployment, and continuous iteration.

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles.

• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying production-grade integrations between enterprise systems (TMS, CRM, ERP, or similar platforms).

• Advanced expertise in Python, Node.js, or comparable backend programming languages.

• Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2/SAML/Auth0 flows, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines.

• Proficient in SQL at an expert level.

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts.

• Proven ability to lead technical conversations with customers.

• Capability to design solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and resilience.

• Experience resolving production issues in distributed systems.
