Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete technical delivery for enterprise client projects — from the initial scoping phase to integration, testing, and production deployment.

• Develop production-quality integrations and custom tools across intricate environments, including on-prem, air-gapped, and hybrid systems.

• Identify and resolve integration challenges within varied enterprise architectures; serve as the primary contact when critical issues arise during engagements.

• Provide product and engineering teams with insights gathered from the field — your findings will shape future developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a Forward Deployed, Solutions Engineering, or technical delivery position, preferably within enterprise security, AI, or complex SaaS.

• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript; you produce production-quality code rather than merely configuration scripts.

• Strong foundation in REST APIs, OAuth2/SAML/SSO, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) — you have deployed solutions in enterprise settings and understand potential pitfalls.

• Capable of engaging effectively with both a CISO and a security engineer, establishing credibility in both discussions.

• Experience in AI security, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks within a production environment is a notable advantage.
