Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale production-grade GenAI observability and evaluation initiatives.

• Facilitate technical discussions with customer stakeholders, ranging from engineers to senior executives.

• Develop custom integrations, tools, and workflows that enhance the Arize platform to fulfill customer-specific needs.

• Oversee multiple concurrent customer engagements, guiding projects from initial scoping to final delivery.

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Assist in defining and scaling best practices, technical playbooks, and delivery methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of practical software development experience with a solid technical foundation.

• Proficient in at least two programming languages: Python, Java, TypeScript.

• Experience in building MLOps pipelines and/or developing, deploying, and refining Generative AI applications in production settings.

• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes).

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engineering projects simultaneously.

• Adaptable to fast-paced startup or consulting environments.

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a desire to stay at the cutting edge of evolving AI technologies.
