Forward Deployed Engineer, AI – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Implementation: Collaborate with small teams to deploy and customize AI solutions tailored for specific clients or industries, ensuring that the API integrates seamlessly into their workflows.

• Architecture & Standards: Guarantee that final deployments adhere to internal protocols for security, data privacy (including PII masking), and effective LLM cost management.

• Tool Development: Recognize recurring client requests and create internal libraries, SDKs, or tools to automate these tasks for the engineering team.

• Technical Analysis: Work alongside Product Managers to conduct technical deep dives with users and pinpoint challenges that standard metrics might overlook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in Python, Node.js, and contemporary AI orchestration frameworks (such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGPT).

• Comprehensive knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and the intricacies of prompt engineering (including few-shot, CoT, etc.).

• Proficiency in navigating complex enterprise authentication methods (OAuth, SAML) and integrating with various data silos (SQL, NoSQL, ERPs).

• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks to assess LLM performance, hallucination rates, and latency.
