Forward Deployed Engineer, AI – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Implementation: Collaborate with small teams to deploy and tailor AI solutions for individual clients or sectors, ensuring that the API integrates seamlessly into their workflows.

• Architecture & Standards: Guarantee that all final deployments adhere to internal protocols for security, data privacy (including PII masking), and management of LLM costs.

• Tool Development: Recognize recurring client requests and create internal libraries, SDKs, or tools to automate these tasks for the engineering team.

• Technical Analysis: Collaborate with Product Managers to conduct in-depth technical discussions with users and pinpoint pain points that standard metrics might overlook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience with Python, Node.js, and contemporary AI orchestration frameworks (such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGPT).

• Profound knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and the intricacies of prompt engineering (including few-shot, CoT, etc.).

• Capability to navigate complex enterprise authentication (OAuth, SAML) and integrate with various data repositories (SQL, NoSQL, ERPs).

• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks to assess LLM performance, hallucination rates, and latency.
