Forward Deployed Engineer – AI, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implementation: Collaborate with small teams to deploy and customize AI solutions tailored for specific clients or industries, ensuring the API integrates seamlessly with their workflows.

• Architecture & Standards: Guarantee that final deployments adhere to internal standards concerning security, data privacy (including PII masking), and LLM cost management.

• Tool Development: Recognize recurring client requests and create internal libraries, SDKs, or tools to automate those tasks for the engineering team.

• Technical Analysis: Team up with Product Managers to conduct thorough technical assessments with users, pinpointing pain points that standard metrics might overlook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in Python, Node.js, and contemporary AI orchestration frameworks (such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGPT).

• Profound understanding of vector databases, embedding models, and the intricacies of prompt engineering (including few-shot and CoT techniques).

• Capability to navigate complex enterprise authentication processes (OAuth, SAML) and integrate with various data silos (SQL, NoSQL, ERPs).

• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks to assess LLM performance, hallucination rates, and latency.
