Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to create and develop agentic AI solutions.

• Integrate agent systems seamlessly with enterprise platforms.

• Construct and optimize retrieval pipelines along with tool-execution control for agent workflows.

• Oversee documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to the ongoing support team.

• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional engineering experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in deploying AI or machine learning systems in a production environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle EBS.

• Strong proficiency in Python and another programming language such as TypeScript, Java, Go, C#, or Scala.

• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and the design of evaluation suites for LLM-based systems.

• Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI platform.
