This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will create and sustain the GTM processes and automation within our clients' CRMs, primarily focusing on HubSpot.
• Following the guidance provided by your pod, you will transform requirements into a streamlined, dependable system that the sales team can trust.
• You possess a builder's mentality with an admin's discipline.
• You pay attention to the details that others overlook, conduct tests prior to deployment, and document your work so the rest of the pod can manage it effectively.
• When issues arise, you investigate the root cause and implement a proper solution.
• Design and construct within client HubSpot instances: including information architecture (objects, associations, lifecycle stages, pipeline structure), workflows, deal logic, lead scoring, routing, properties, and permissions.
• Develop and troubleshoot automations across the GTM stack: HubSpot workflows, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
• Ensure data integrity through deduplication, field validation, association hygiene, and disciplined imports, allowing reliable reporting and forecasting.
• Create the reporting that leadership depends on: pipeline coverage and velocity, stage-by-stage conversion, and comprehensive funnel dashboards.
• Design integrations and data flows between HubSpot and the broader stack (Clay, Aircall, telephony, billing, enrichment pipelines).
• Maintain multiple client instances efficiently, ensuring quick turnaround and that no detail is overlooked.
• Engage directly with clients: you can discuss a data inquiry with a technical lead and guide a frustrated Account Executive through a new process within the same day.
• Codify successful strategies into our library of reusable plays and patterns, enhancing the capabilities of the entire team.
• Extensive expertise in HubSpot: hands-on experience across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs.
• Strong foundational knowledge in CRM and RevOps: lead lifecycle and qualification, routing and assignment, pipeline and deal-stage configuration, data models, and governance to maintain cleanliness.
• An admin's meticulousness: precise, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• A builder's intuition: you create workflows and integrations, troubleshoot them when issues arise, and are not daunted by APIs, webhooks, or unfamiliar tools.
• AI-first mindset: AI is your default approach, not merely a trend.
• Proactive and adaptable: comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously, client-facing, and capable of swift action without waiting for complete requirements.
• Full-time availability with consistent overlap to CET hours.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce: admin or building experience, particularly with HubSpot to Salesforce synchronization and migrations (relevant to Groupon and enterprise projects).
• Familiarity with the GTM Engineer's toolkit: Clay, Apify, enrichment providers (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit), and scraping—sufficient to collaborate, specify, and integrate.
• Proficiency in n8n orchestration and custom API integrations.
• Experience in scripting (Python, SQL, or JavaScript) for data manipulation and custom connectors.
• Proficiency in German: a significant portion of our client base is DACH.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus, but demonstrated expertise is more important.
• Engage in real client build tasks from the very beginning, with no trivial tasks and no excessive guidance.
• Experience a prime position in a genuinely AI-first environment: utilizing Claude Code as the operating system, Clay, and the complete modern GTM stack.
• Collaborate directly with one of Europe's most seasoned RevOps leaders.
• Gain exposure to a diverse array of B2B companies, technology stacks, and GTM challenges.
• Enjoy a collaborative role in a growing practice, rather than being just a cog in a machine.
