This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Collaborate with client business teams, data experts, technology professionals, security personnel, and ServiceNow stakeholders to pinpoint high-impact AI and Data Intelligence use cases.
• Convert client specifications into technical designs, prototypes, production implementations, and iterative delivery strategies.
• Create AI-enabled applications and workflows utilizing trusted enterprise data.
• Develop reusable Data Intelligence components, accelerators, integration patterns, and implementation guides.
• Assist throughout the entire lifecycle from discovery and proof of concept to implementation, testing, production rollout, monitoring, and continuous enhancement.
• Design and implement pipelines for the ingestion, transformation, enrichment, indexing, and retrieval of both structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, knowledge bases, document repositories, collaboration platforms, databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and SaaS systems.
• Implement RAG, semantic search, document processing, knowledge ingestion, embeddings, vector storage, hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, and source attribution.
• Build applications powered by Claude and Anthropic APIs, including structured outputs, tool utilization, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Combine AI and Data Intelligence capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, data, APIs, and user experiences.
• Create evaluation datasets, test plans, monitoring, logging, tracing, feedback mechanisms, and LLMOps/DataOps practices.
• Enforce responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, product managers, designers, consultants, and clients.
• Engage in workshops, architectural sessions, sprint planning, demos, code reviews, retrospectives, and executive readouts.
• Contribute reusable code, RAG components, evaluation materials, technical playbooks, and internal documentation.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, cloud engineering, systems integration, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience in building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud-based services.
• Proficient in Python.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, SQL, or similar programming languages is advantageous.
• Experience dealing with structured and unstructured data, including relational databases, document repositories, APIs, and cloud storage solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL, data transformation, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion, or data integration concepts.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt engineering, AI agents, or LLM APIs.
• Experience in building or supporting REST API integrations utilizing JSON, OAuth, service accounts, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of Git, code review processes, testing, debugging, documentation, and agile methodologies.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity in client environments.
