Forward Deployed AI Consultant – Tech Consulting & Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Discovery & Business Transformation: Collaborate closely with client executives and non-technical business leaders to evaluate operational processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and outline strategic, impactful AI digital transformation roadmaps.

• Rapid Prototyping & Solution Shaping: Independently conceptualize, develop, and implement rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and MVPs utilizing prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and contemporary development/automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Cursor, Lovable, Replit).

• Cross-Functional Bridge & Delivery: Act as the primary liaison between business units and enterprise engineering teams, converting successful experimental prototypes into well-defined production requirements, data flows, and functional specifications.

• Risk & Reliability Mitigation: Proactively recognize and mitigate implementation risks related to data privacy, enterprise security, system inaccuracies, and operational dependability.

• Commercial & Strategic Growth: Identify pathways to expand standalone pilot projects into larger enterprise implementations or enduring service agreements, specifically outlining AI ecosystems within marketing technology and customer experience (CX) frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience engaging directly with business stakeholders and executives to identify business challenges and formulate technical requirements.

• AI & Automation Delivery: Proven history of successfully executing practical AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects.

• Rapid Prototyping: Capability to autonomously build small, functional AI POCs using contemporary tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Vercel, n8n, Zapier).

• Technical Literacy: Strong comprehension of system data flows, API integrations, SaaS connections, and fundamental software product delivery concepts.

• Technical Credibility: Ability to confidently steer technical discussions with clients and explain the operational distinctions between experimental prototypes and production-grade implementations.

• Domain Experience: Experience in consulting, digital agency settings, customer experience (CX), marketing technology, or enterprise digital projects.

• High Agency: Proven capability to work with significant independence—gathering rapid user feedback and iterating promptly without the need for a perfect specification document.

• Ecosystem Expertise: Direct experience within the Adobe ecosystem (Adobe services or related implementation work).

• Advanced AI Implementation: Practical experience with AI agents, workflow automation, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation frameworks.

• Enterprise Tools: Familiarity with LangChain, LangSmith, Promptfoo, vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks.

• Coding Literacy: Foundational coding skills in Python or JavaScript (highly valued for prototyping efficiency).

• Industry Verticals: Experience in marketing technology, content supply chains, personalization, or digital operations for enterprise-scale clients.
