Forward Deployed AI Consultant – Tech Consulting, Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Business Transformation & Discovery: Collaborate closely with client executives and non-technical business leaders to review operational workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and develop strategic, high-impact AI digital transformation roadmaps.

• Solution Shaping & Rapid Prototyping: Independently create, build, and launch rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) employing prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and contemporary development/automation platforms (such as n8n, Zapier, Cursor, Lovable, Replit).

• Delivery & Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the primary translator between business units and enterprise engineering teams, transforming successful prototypes into well-defined production requirements, data flows, and functional specifications.

• Mitigation of Risk & Reliability: Proactively identify and resolve implementation risks associated with data privacy, enterprise security, system hallucinations, and operational reliability.

• Strategic & Commercial Growth: Recognize opportunities to expand standalone pilot projects into comprehensive enterprise implementations or long-term service agreements, particularly mapping AI ecosystems within marketing technology and customer experience (CX) architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and executives to identify business challenges and shape technical specifications.

• Delivery of AI & Automation: A proven track record of executing practical AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects.

• Rapid Prototyping Skills: Capacity to independently develop small, functional AI POCs using modern tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Vercel, n8n, Zapier).

• Technical Literacy: Strong knowledge of system data flows, API integrations, SaaS connections, and foundational software product delivery concepts.

• Technical Credibility: Ability to confidently navigate technical discussions with clients and clearly convey the operational distinctions between a scrappy prototype and a production-grade deployment.

• Domain Expertise: Experience in consulting, digital agency settings, customer experience (CX), marketing technology, or enterprise digital projects.

• High Agency: Proven ability to work with significant autonomy—collecting rapid user feedback and iterating swiftly without the need for a perfect specification sheet.
