Forward Deployed AI Consultant – Tech Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Discovery & Business Transformation: Collaborate closely with client executives and non-technical business leaders to assess operational workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and outline strategic, high-impact AI digital transformation roadmaps.

• Rapid Prototyping & Solution Shaping: Take the initiative to design, construct, and launch rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and MVPs utilizing prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and contemporary development/automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Cursor, Lovable, Replit).

• Cross-Functional Bridge & Delivery: Act as the essential translator between business units and enterprise engineering teams, transforming successful, agile prototypes into well-defined production requirements, data flows, and functional specifications.

• Risk & Reliability Mitigation: Proactively recognize and address implementation risks related to data privacy, enterprise security, system hallucinations, and operational dependability.

• Commercial & Strategic Growth: Spot opportunities to expand standalone pilot projects into wider enterprise implementations or long-term service agreements, particularly by mapping out AI ecosystems across marketing technology and customer experience (CX) architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and executives to identify business challenges and shape technical requirements.

• AI & Automation Delivery: A proven history of executing practical AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Rapid Prototyping: Capability to independently develop small, operational AI POCs using modern tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Vercel, n8n, Zapier).

• Technical Literacy: Robust understanding of system data flows, API integrations, SaaS connections, and fundamental software product delivery concepts.

• Technical Credibility: Ability to confidently guide technical discussions with clients and explain the operational distinctions between a scrappy prototype and a production-grade implementation.

• Domain Experience: Experience in consulting, digital agency environments, customer experience (CX), marketing technology, or enterprise digital initiatives.

• High Agency: Proven capacity to function with a high degree of autonomy—gathering quick user feedback and iterating promptly without waiting for a perfect specification.

• Nice-to-Have: Direct experience within the Adobe ecosystem (Adobe services or Adobe-related implementation work). Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation frameworks. Familiarity with LangChain, LangSmith, Promptfoo, vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks. Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript (highly regarded for rapid prototyping). Background in marketing technology, content supply chains, personalization, or digital operations for enterprise-scale clients.
