• Engage with potential heirs via phone using leads provided by the company.

• Clarify estate recovery opportunities and describe the associated process.

• Establish trust and rapport with individuals who may not be aware of their inheritance.

• Present and secure signed contingent fee agreements clearly.

• Keep precise records of conversations and agreements.

• Follow up with potential heirs and assist them throughout the onboarding process.

• Collaborate closely with research and legal teams to ensure seamless case processing.

• Excel in a dynamic environment where responsiveness and efficiency are essential.

• Experience in Heir Search is advantageous.

• Preferred strong background in phone sales or consultative sales.

• Ability to thrive in a highly fast-paced sales setting.

• Ability to simplify complex topics in a trustworthy manner.
