Foreclosure Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Drafting and preparing assignments, motions, affidavits, and a variety of other legal documents.

• Ensuring prompt, courteous, and comprehensive responses to a substantial volume of email correspondence.

• Cultivating and maintaining amicable relationships with business partners and clients.

• Delivering outstanding customer service to clients at every level of engagement.

• Assisting attorneys in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.

• Preparing and submitting status updates ahead of scheduled hearings.

• Providing consistent and timely updates on client status, along with ongoing follow-up on outstanding documents and services.

• Reviewing expired Notices of Default and liaising with clients to confirm the most current figures have been obtained.

• Monitoring executed client declarations.

• Filing client declarations with the court.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape, and similar platforms is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is required.

• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys, other internal staff, and external parties.

• Ability to collaborate with others in a friendly and team-focused manner.

• Exceptional organizational skills are a must; the role demands the ability to multitask and adapt to ongoing changes.

• A keen attention to detail is crucial.

• High-level proficiency in the MS Office suite is necessary.

• Proficient in conducting internet research activities.

• A solid understanding of the legal process related to foreclosure is preferred.
