This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Conduct thorough desktop reviews of loan-level cases and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Liaise with courts, clients, and opposing counsel effectively.
• Oversee a portfolio of active files and execute daily responsibilities to ensure that legal actions meet clients’ timelines and expectations.
• Maintain updates in all internal systems, including findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Prepare and file legal documents as required.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations regarding bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collections (when applicable).
• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a Law Firm focusing on foreclosures.
• Experience in document preparation, including but not limited to Notices of Sale and Deeds.
• Familiarity with Loansphere/ BKFS systems.
• Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and initiative in addressing issues, with a capacity to use sound judgment or seek guidance when necessary.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer skills and general office operations; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, particularly in electronic correspondence.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to manage workflow and operate under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities.
