This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Carry out forecasting and capacity planning tasks within a multichannel contact center setting.
• Create and oversee forecasts along with staffing strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership on forecasting methodologies, including data preparation and updates to models.
• Ensure the accuracy of forecasts and alignment with business inputs.
• Convert demand into practical staffing plans and assess forecast performance.
• Assist in ongoing capacity planning and verify assumptions that affect forecasts.
• Generate regular reports concerning forecasts, staffing plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Discover opportunities for enhancing processes related to forecasting tools.
• High School Diploma or GED from a recognized institution.
• Experience in forecasting, workforce management (WFM), capacity planning, or data analytics.
• Background in supporting forecasting or planning processes within a contact center or operational environment.
• Understanding of essential forecasting concepts such as trend analysis, seasonality, and variance analysis.
• Experience working with data, including validation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).
• Familiarity with workforce management principles, including shrinkage, staffing models, and service level planning.
• Proven experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics and KPIs.
