Food Regulatory Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Overseeing regulatory compliance and quality-related information

• Assisting during the commercialization phase to finalize regulatory details

• Supporting technical and new product initiatives to ensure adherence to legislative standards

• Approving product formulations, raw materials, and packaging to guarantee compliance with legal and customer specifications

• Addressing food legislation inquiries from internal stakeholders

• Analyzing, interpreting, and applying regulations, industry norms, and customer expectations to both new and existing products

• Managing projects, establishing internal processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Delivering training to various departments and customers to disseminate regulatory information

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field

• Proficient in English

• Knowledge of an additional language such as French, Spanish, or Italian (or others) will be beneficial

• Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel, SAP, Outlook, and Lotus Notes are preferred

• Familiarity with Food Law Regulations

• Basic understanding of local food legislation

• Knowledge of Food Safety Quality Systems and Food Certification Standards (Halal/Kosher/Organic) is an advantage

• Strong analytical and statistical abilities

• Highly organized, methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks

• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency

• Proactive and adaptable mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
