Food Chemist, Customer Support (Food)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert advice and assistance to clients.

• Conduct regulatory evaluations of food products, which includes analyzing laboratory test results and creating reports.

• Assess and review food labeling.

• Establish the parameters for analyses and testing plans on behalf of clients.

• Assist the sales team in the creation of quotations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Food Chemistry along with completion of the 2nd State Examination (2. Staatsexamen); alternatively, relevant professional experience in the industry.

• A passion for working at interfaces, coupled with strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1) and competent in English (minimum B1), both written and spoken.
