This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Develop and sustain high-quality Flutter applications emphasizing performance, stability, and clean architecture.

• Create adaptive, responsive user interfaces and intricate animations with pixel-perfect accuracy.

• Design modular and testable architectures.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to scrolling, rendering, and rebuilding.

• Work collaboratively with designers and backend engineers to provide a seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms.

• Continuously enhance code quality through reviews, refactoring, and automated testing.

• Over 4 years of experience in Flutter/Dart, with a robust understanding of widget lifecycle, state management, and animation systems.

• In-depth knowledge of the Flutter SDK, including animations, adaptive UI, rendering, and performance tuning.

• Proficiency in Dart, including asynchronous programming, isolates, generics, and mixins.

• Experience in creating custom UI components, pixel-perfect layouts, and achieving smooth 60/120 FPS animations.

• Strong understanding of Bloc / Cubit / Provider and clean architectural principles such as SOLID and Clean Architecture.

• Practical experience with Flutter DevTools for performance profiling and optimization, focusing on scrolling, rebuilds, and memory management.

• Capability to integrate Firebase, analytics, in-app purchases, and push notifications.

• Familiarity with Android/iOS ecosystems and platform channels for native integrations.

• Experience in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.

• Proficiency in Russian at C1 level or higher, and English at B1 level or higher.
