This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary contact point for aircraft scheduling.
• Accept trip requests from clients.
• Deliver comprehensive flight itineraries.
• Communicate aircraft schedule information effectively.
• Organize trip logistics and services.
• Manage aircraft movements.
• Keep a database of client and flight crew contacts.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.
• Competence in using Solairus flight planning and scheduling software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Understanding of aircraft dispatch principles and FAA regulations.
• Capability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
