Fleet Client Services Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the entire maintenance transaction lifecycle from initiation until the repair technician has custody of the customer unit.

• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation across all Cox Fleet systems.

• Delivering outstanding customer service for all internal and external inquiries.

• Securing customer approval for all necessary repairs and services.

• Proactively reaching out to customers to arrange preventative maintenance at regular intervals.

• Collaborating and maintaining consistent communication with Field Operations to assign the appropriate technicians.

• Encouraging customers to book repairs and maintenance in advance.

• Continuously enhancing and developing the company’s Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field.

• Any degree or certification beyond a High School diploma/GED in a relevant discipline, with up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years of experience in a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various functions.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficient in Excel and data entry tasks.

• Basic understanding of the trucking industry; experience in fleet maintenance or transportation within the automotive/trucking sector.
