Flat Roofing Team Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support the installation of roofing sealant and coating systems.

• Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and arranging materials.

• Apply coatings and sealants in line with company and manufacturer specifications.

• Safely and properly handle tools, equipment, and materials.

• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance as instructed.

• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

• Adhere to daily work plans and follow supervisors' instructions.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites.

• Comply with all company and OSHA safety regulations.

• Always wear the required personal protective equipment.

• Promptly report any hazards or unsafe conditions.

• Execute work with meticulous attention to detail and quality.

• Collaborate effectively with crew members and supervisors.

• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Communicate any job site issues or concerns to leadership.

• Preferred experience in construction, roofing, or trades, though not mandatory.

• Eagerness to learn about roofing sealant systems and job site protocols.

• Capability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team.
