This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Collaborate with senior design team members to enhance plumbing and fire protection design capabilities.
• Create construction documents and develop project specifications.
• Assist in assessing existing building conditions and preparing technical reports.
• Work in close coordination with the project management team to ensure efficient project completion.
• Utilize Revit software to generate drawings and visual aids.
• Prepare project progress reports for stakeholders.
• Manage personal hours using company-provided tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or fire protection engineering, with a strong foundation in engineering principles.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mechanical or fire protection engineering.
• Proficiency in designing mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with codes, code analysis, and specifications pertaining to mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in using the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Skilled in performing and analyzing hydraulic calculations.
• Capability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows, optimize operational processes, and drive company-wide innovation.
• Effective communication skills in both oral and written formats (technical and non-technical information).
