This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute the installation of fire sprinkler systems by interpreting blueprints and schematics, cutting, threading, and assembling pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads.
• Identify and repair issues in existing sprinkler systems, including replacing damaged components and conducting emergency repairs.
• Adhere to the company's safety policies and comply with OSHA regulations.
• Safely operate the necessary tools and equipment across various work environments.
• Travel to industrial and heavy commercial project locations.
• Proven experience as a fire sprinkler fitter.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and working in diverse conditions.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• A valid driver's license may be necessary.
• Completion of an apprenticeship is typically required.
• Certification in backflow prevention devices is often preferred.
