This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee fire protection projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful system installations, upgrades, and service tasks while emphasizing schedule, scope, and budget adherence.
• Work closely with clients, market teams, technical personnel, and subcontractors to fulfill project expectations and efficiently resolve issues.
• Create project timelines, monitor progress, and provide updates to clients, internal teams, and leadership.
• Generate change orders by outlining scope, schedule, and cost implications in collaboration with technical and market teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, correspondence, and electronic records.
• Enhance project financial outcomes by aiding in budget preparation, forecasting, cash flow management, and subcontractor payments.
• Engage in project review meetings and contribute to quality, safety, and compliance efforts in accordance with NFPA and OSHA standards.
• A high school diploma is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in fire sprinkler systems is mandatory; a minimum of 2 years in project management is also required.
• Familiarity with the fire protection sector, including fire protection systems, project engineering and/or construction principles, as well as life safety regulations is essential.
• Knowledge of NFPA code requirements and OSHA safety regulations is required.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the scope, budget, and schedule of technical tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, HydraCAD, and Revit is necessary.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and other management software are required; familiarity with Deltek Vision is preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with an ability to adapt to clients, contractors, and internal teams, fostering relationships that inspire and motivate.
• Competence in urgent problem-solving and independently driving initiatives from conception to completion while managing numerous projects.
• Adaptable and composed under pressure, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• NICET certification is preferred; project management certification is a plus.
• Collaborate with seasoned professionals who prioritize safety, quality, and mentorship.
• Gain exposure to a variety of fire protection projects catering to industrial, commercial, and design-build clients.
