Fire Damper and Hygiene Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Indepth Hygiene as a Damper & Ventilation Hygiene Engineer based in Glasgow.

• Work collaboratively within a two-person team across both day and night shifts.

• Assist the Team Leader in executing fire damper inspections and drop testing.

• Conduct cleaning of commercial kitchen extract systems following TR19 Grease standards.

• Detect and report defects, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and to a high professional standard.

• Support site setup, implement safe systems of work, utilize access equipment, and complete precise reports with photographic documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in ventilation hygiene, fire damper testing, or ductwork cleaning is mandatory.

• A valid UK driving licence is required.

• Must possess a valid CSCS card.

• Capability to pass an Enhanced DBS check is necessary.

• A proactive, can-do attitude along with good physical fitness is essential.
