Fintech Operations Assistant, Crypto, Tokenized Assets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Compute and assist in verifying daily updates for tokenized product pricing.

• Oversee the status of price updates and assist in flagging any late updates.

• Initiate redemption requests and track their status to help identify delayed redemptions.

• Aid in the update of dashboards and tracking files (Google Sheets).

• Revise the transparency section of the website using Retool.

• Monitor and report on technical incidents (for example, back-office connection problems).

• Meticulousness, organization, and a keen eye for detail: All handled data must be 100% accurate.

• Security & Risk Awareness: Must be trained in and consistently follow cybersecurity best practices, including identifying and avoiding phishing and social engineering attempts.

• Upholding high standards for password management and two-factor authentication protocols.

• Understanding the security risks associated with managing sensitive financial and on-chain data.

• Capability to work independently and manage routine daily tasks.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Excel).

• Basic knowledge of tokenized financial products (is a plus).

• Proficient English (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions, wallets, and fundamental blockchain concepts.
