This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• You will serve as the primary contact for customer and client inquiries.
• Address questions from retailers, merchants, and shop owners regarding their POS systems.
• Identify and resolve issues, guiding customers towards effective solutions.
• Efficiently handle problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Aim for excellence in every customer interaction, encouraging increased product usage and loyalty.
• Dedicate yourself to achieving both personal and team objectives.
• Proficiency in Finnish and strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
• Outstanding communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with Android OS, advanced computer skills, and eagerness to learn.
• Exhibit true ownership and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
