This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as a subject matter expert on various strategic, high-impact projects, managing them from planning through stabilization autonomously.
• Offer specialized expertise on critical process decisions relevant to the industry and areas of specialization.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous large-scale Workday solutions and projects for a global clientele.
• Design, configure, test, and implement business requirements across several Workday Financial modules.
• Manage project scope, quality, timeline, communication, and overall delivery effectively.
• Provide leadership, guidance, instruction, learning opportunities, and coaching to team members.
• Conduct collaborative sessions with clients to gather, comprehend, and analyze business requirements.
• Evaluate actual client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions to achieve client objectives.
• Advise clients on best practices, identify, and suggest process improvements, and implement system enhancements.
• Consult on touch points, dependencies, and integration aspects across various Workday areas to deliver a comprehensive solution to clients.
• Understand diverse regulatory and statutory requirements across countries and how they can be addressed with Workday.
• Lead segments of client sales meetings as a Subject Matter Expert; define potential projects within areas of expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify and resolve issues that may affect project scope or Go Live; ensure alignment across project plans and budgets.
• Regularly share and articulate lessons learned from past experiences, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's perspectives.
• Continuously seek to innovate and propose new methods for efficient and effective Workday deployment.
• Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository through both formal and informal means (e.g., Q&A, documented deliverables, leading Workday knowledge-sharing sessions, regularly posting best practices, etc.).
• Serve as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members.
• Achieve key performance indicators established for this role (e.g., utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores, etc.).
• Operate in a fast-paced environment that necessitates quick and accurate task completion.

• Over 6 years of experience as a consultant leading and executing Workday implementations or supporting Workday Post-Production / AMS Services.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday Core Financials/Security/Reporting along with expertise in two additional modules (Procurement, Suppliers, Projects, Expenses, FDM/Financial Accounting with Advanced Financial Reporting, Customers and Customer Billing, Education and Government, Prism, BIRT).
• Capability to lead workstream(s) on large-scale projects (acquisition, phase X, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle – from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, to go-live.
• Broad understanding of business and technology with a keen awareness of industry trends in Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting, and/or Financials.
• Proven track record of influencing a diverse range of audiences, including clients, employees, and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and cultivate relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote work environment.
• Skill in prioritizing and organizing tasks to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with minimal supervision.
• Competence in managing timelines, deadlines, and goals effectively.
• Experience in managing global teams, either in a people management or program/project management role.
• Proven ability to foresee challenges and comprehend both the overarching vision and individual needs.
• Understanding of project plan scope and details.
• Ability to identify and communicate risks, issues, performance concerns, and resource needs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in executing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to actively manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize conflicting demands with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and capability to mentor, coach, and guide other consultants.
• Ability to propose improvements in tools and/or processes to enhance practice efficiency.
• Understand the significance of client satisfaction and apply it throughout the client servicing process.
• Relay client feedback to senior team members.
• Comprehend and adhere to internal processes when responding to client needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
