Financial Wellness Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Offer compassionate and impartial financial counseling to clients across the nation via phone-based services.

• Provide financial counseling services through phone interactions.

• Handle incoming calls, client emails, and perform outbound calls related to services.

• Collect, review, and assess client financial data, including credit reports.

• Create and present tailored action plans and educational materials.

• Discuss available program options and relevant fees when suitable.

• Offer housing-related counseling services, which include: Pre-purchase counseling, Foreclosure prevention, Rental counseling, Post-loan modification coaching, and Reverse mortgage counseling.

• Keep precise records and ensure strict confidentiality of client information.

• Complete necessary training and uphold relevant certifications.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and meet organizational objectives.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work remotely from a designated home office.

• Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.

• Willingness to earn HUD and NFCC certifications during the training period.

• Certifications are not mandatory for application but must be acquired to continue in the position.

• Proficiency in typing at least 40 words per minute with an accuracy of 80%.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, though not required.
