This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the primary owner and administrator of the NetSuite platform, providing ongoing support, configuration, and enhancements.
• Serve as the main contact for NetSuite-related queries, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize system usage.
• Configure and maintain fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Oversee user roles, permissions, and access controls, ensuring adherence to internal policies and SOX requirements.
• Lead and facilitate NetSuite integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., Coupa, Salesforce, Celigo, Blackline/Floqast).
• Assist in financial operations, including month-end close processes and reporting obligations.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.
• Support system implementation projects, which include testing, deployment, and release management.
• Provide SOX audit support, encompassing documentation, reporting, and controls validation.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, functional designs, and training materials.
• Conduct end-user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective use of the system.
• Aid in the integration and optimization of systems post-acquisitions or organizational changes.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure systems align with business needs.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or a related field.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (mandatory).
• In-depth expertise in NetSuite ERP, encompassing configuration, customization, integration, and support.
• Demonstrated experience with saved searches, workflows, scripting (preferred), reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with system integrations (middleware such as Celigo or similar tools is an advantage).
• Background in supporting or working within finance/accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and audit compliance (SOX knowledge preferred).
• Strong grasp of ERP best practices with the ability to recommend native versus customized solutions.
• Familiarity with other financial systems such as Coupa, Blackline, Floqast, Solution 7, or similar tools.
• Experience in high-growth, SaaS, or technology environments is highly preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
