This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Assist the Vice Dean of Research and Graduate Studies by providing strategic oversight for budgetary, fiscal, operational, and compliance-related financial activities.
β’ Supervise financial operations pertaining to approximately $31 million in annual operating expenditures across 12 departments.
β’ Develop executive-level financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational analyses for leadership review.
β’ Uphold financial controls, operational procedures, and reporting structures to ensure compliance and promote efficient operations.
β’ Evaluate and authorize financial transactions, journal vouchers, correcting entries, and business expenses as necessary.
β’ Facilitate audit, compliance, and year-end financial activities within the business area.
β’ Bachelor's Degree.
β’ Over 8 years of relevant experience; or a suitable combination of education and experience is acceptable.
β’ Strong skills in financial management and analysis.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Proven capacity to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and integrity.
