Financial Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their financial situation and ascertain if debt settlement is a feasible solution.

• Manage incoming calls while also proactively contacting leads provided by the organization.

• Inform clients about the debt settlement process, detailing how it functions, potential risks, and advantages.

• Define the terms and conditions of debt settlement, including monthly payment plans and the expected timeline for resolution.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records of client interactions and agreements within the company's CRM system to ensure accountability and follow-through.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics established by the company.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies pertaining to debt settlement.

• Stay informed about developments in the debt settlement industry, including legal changes and market trends, to offer knowledgeable advice to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience enrolling clients in debt settlement programs.

• Over 2 years of sales experience in a call center with a proven history of success.

• Strong work ethic, self-driven, and focused on achieving results.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience using a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain complex financial concepts.

• Adept at handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven capability to build rapport with clients, confidently address objections, and guide them toward informed financial choices.

• Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.

• Shift hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST.

• Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules: Tuesday through Saturday, Monday through Thursday, or Saturday through Wednesday.
