Financial Security Advisor, Life and Health Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in serving, prospecting for, soliciting, and nurturing business relationships with members and clients.

• Market life and health insurance products and services through various distribution channels tailored to member/client needs and current strategies.

• Assess member/client requirements and propose customized solutions.

• Balance sales targets with prudent risk management, profitability, and member/client satisfaction.

• Provide guidance and support to existing and prospective members and clients.

• Establish and negotiate terms for products and services in line with established standards and procedures.

• Stay informed about industry trends to identify business development opportunities and keep up with new products and market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least one year of applicable experience.

• A representative’s certificate in personal insurance (AMF).

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Results-driven and action-oriented.

• Strong communication skills.
