This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Gaining thorough insights into the client's financial status to develop investment and financial plans based on their goals.
• Guiding clients in estate planning to fulfill their objectives, working alongside both internal and external resources.
• Offering quotes, promoting additional products, and performing front-line risk assessments in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Building, nurturing, and sustaining community relationships to boost the branch’s presence and maximize business opportunities.
• This position entails direct interaction with clients and/or service providers within their environments.
• You possess a life insurance license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
• You have 1 to 2 years of experience in the life insurance sales and business development sector.
• You have a strong understanding of life and wealth insurance products.
• Strong underwriting skills are considered an asset.
• A college or university degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both English and French is crucial for fulfilling the primary duties of this role, including serving and communicating mainly with predominantly anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams.
• Essential non-French duties cannot be assigned to neighboring or other team members.
