Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist – B2B SAAS, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the FP&A function, creating customized processes and frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that are aligned with our consulting and SAAS services.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to collect insights, data, and feedback for precise financial forecasting of our offerings.

• Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports that emphasize key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

• Create financial models that offer insights into various scenarios, aiding in risk assessment, pricing strategies, and growth planning for our consulting services and SAAS products.

• Collaborate closely with the executive team to establish financial targets that align with our company's strategic objectives.

• Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to guide financial strategies for our comprehensive solutions.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk reduction within our consulting and SAAS operations.

• Offer guidance on pricing structures, cost analysis, and profitability for both our consulting and software products.

• Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards, considering the dual nature of our offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline (MBA or advanced degree is preferred).

• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in finance roles, with a strong focus on FP&A or financial analysis.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes tailored for consulting and SAAS solutions.

• Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and knowledgeable in financial software tools (Excel, Hyperion, PBCS, NSPB, or other financial planning software).

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with a remote team and articulate financial insights to both consultants and technical experts.

• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to convert complex data into actionable insights.

• Integrity and discretion in managing sensitive financial information.

• Experience in the consulting or SAAS industry is a plus.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA) are advantageous.

• Expertise in Hyperion, PBCS, or NSPB is preferred.
