Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage in the budgeting and forecasting activities for various business units and departments.

• Create monthly management reporting packages, including P&L, Cash Flow, and variance analysis.

• Evaluate actual results against budget/forecast and pinpoint key business drivers.

• Assist in the monthly closing process from a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) viewpoint.

• Develop and sustain financial models and planning instruments.

• Generate ad hoc financial analyses and presentations for management review.

• Collaborate closely with accounting, business teams, and other finance stakeholders.

• Enhance and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency.

• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support performance monitoring.

• Contribute to the execution and enhancement of budgeting and reporting procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, audit, or corporate finance.

• Strong comprehension of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Analytical mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly.

• Proficiency in English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and spoken).
