Financial Planning & Analysis – Card Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain financial models tailored to the Card Business, encompassing forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.

• Perform comprehensive profitability analyses of card products to steer strategic pricing and marketing efforts.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Operations, and Technology, to ensure financial objectives are aligned.

• Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

• Track industry trends, competitor performance, and market developments to uncover growth opportunities and potential risks.

• Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses and projects that enhance business value and guide strategic planning.

• Provide financial support through revenue simulation, case assessment, and performance tracking (portfolio and vintage profitability).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and modeling within the banking, fintech, or card services sector.

• 3-5 years of experience specifically in card modeling.

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; a master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) are preferred.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
