Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

📋 Description

• **🔑 Key Responsibilities:**

• - Oversee the **budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning** processes, ensuring precision and alignment with organizational objectives.

• - Perform **variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling** to aid in strategic decision-making.

• - Prepare and deliver **management reports, dashboards, and financial insights** to senior leadership.

• - Assess financial performance by monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.

• - Assist in investment decisions through **ROI analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and scenario modeling**.

• - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) to ensure financial plans are in sync with the corporate strategy.

• - Guarantee the accuracy and compliance of financial data, providing support for audits when necessary.

• - Suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency and the quality of reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• *(Minimum required for this role)*

• - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• - 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.

• - Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

• - Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI).

• - Capability to analyze extensive datasets and summarize insights effectively.

• - Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical mindset.

• - Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or CA finalist.

• - Experience in a fast-paced or multinational setting.

• - Knowledge of automation and data visualization tools.
