This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the financial planning processes, encompassing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management, emphasizing trends, variances, and insights that aid in decision-making.
• Leverage financial planning tools (such as Adaptive Insights) to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to collect insights and synchronize financial objectives with operational goals. Promote effective communication of financial data and its implications across teams.
• Examine business performance metrics and KPIs, offering actionable recommendations for operational enhancements and cost efficiencies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to encourage collaboration and alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
• Identify and enact process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial acumen and diligence, including risk management.
• Sharp business insight with the capacity to "read the room."
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across various business areas and engage with Senior Executives.
• Capability to think tactically, strategically, and creatively; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in understanding financial drivers and outcomes within the business; skilled at summarizing information and effectively presenting it to both financial and non-financial audiences.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and generate summaries, project plans, financial forecasts, period-to-date progress, and recovery plans when required.
