This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25-30 undergraduate online students;

• Assist in developing skills such as academic writing, research methodologies, and time management;

• Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions;

• Offer guidance on pertinent reference materials;

• Evaluate assessments with comprehensive feedback;

• Oversee and manage discussion forums;

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and challenges.

• Expected to engage promptly with students via email, phone calls, or online sessions from convenient locations (e.g., home, office, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• A postgraduate or doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India;

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant fields at a reputable university or college (Note: Formal teaching experience at a university or college is preferred);

• An empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality, eager to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds;

• Proficient in English with exceptional oral and written communication skills;

• Must have a functioning laptop and access to a high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection;

• Capability to swiftly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided).
