Financial Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the financial planning process alongside clients: assessment, goal establishment, strategy formulation, and continuous follow-up;

• Collect essential information (income, expenditures, reserves, liabilities, assets, objectives, and timelines) to organize the client's financial landscape;

• Develop recommendations and a comprehensive plan that may include: investments, retirement, insurance/protection, tax planning, and estate/succession planning;

• Ensure that all suggestions are in line with the investor profile and the client's best interests, supported by documentation and reasoning;

• Simplify complex financial decisions into straightforward, actionable advice (avoiding "financial jargon");

• Monitor portfolios and strategies over time, suggesting modifications as scenarios, objectives, or risk profiles evolve;

• Create reports and support materials (plan summary, next steps, rationale, periodic reviews);

• Work collaboratively with partner teams (Products, Operations, Compliance, Sales/Client Relations) to ensure effective execution, experience, and seamless consistency;

• Document information and progress in the CRM/internal processes, maintaining regularity and predictability in follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in consultative client service and/or financial planning (investments, advisory, consultancy, banking, wealth management, etc.);

• Strong technical understanding of financial products and allocations (fixed income, funds, equities, pensions, and related products);

• Capability to formulate plans and recommendations using structured reasoning (objective → strategy → execution → monitoring);

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to conduct sensitive discussions (trust is essential when dealing with finances);

• Process discipline (CRM, record-keeping, follow-up routines, and reporting);

• Financial market certifications (e.g., CEA/CPA-20 or equivalent).
