Financial Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Process and reconcile deposits and withdrawals for clients.

• Generate daily and weekly reports on cash flow.

• Monitor and assess the performance of financial operations.

• Ensure precise balance tracking and relay updates to global teams.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly transaction forecasts and engage in discussions with management.

• Assist with treasury responsibilities and uphold internal controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in financial operations.

• Full proficiency in Mandarin.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Advanced expertise in Excel.

• Capacity to work independently and manage rotating shifts, including overnight and weekends.
