Financial Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the finance team, account managers, and legal to gain insights into customer agreements for the purpose of account reconciliation.

• Generate monthly invoices for OXIO’s clients using both Xero and Facturama, and verify them against client contracts for compliance.

• Issue outgoing inventory invoices upon requests from the sales team.

• Ensure the timely processing and approval of vendor invoices.

• Conduct ongoing analyses, including but not limited to accounts receivable and accounts payable aging, monthly cost assessments, and inventory movement analysis.

• Create ad-hoc reports to meet various business requirements.

• Work in coordination with project teams to facilitate vendor onboarding for Purchase Orders and accounts payable processing.

• Respond promptly to finance-related inquiries from customers and vendors, as well as internal requests for support.

• Assess and document OXIO’s current Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable systems and processes, while assisting in the selection and implementation of potential enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google Suite applications.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles.

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

• High attention to detail.
