Financial Modelling – Project Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop financial models in Excel to facilitate financing processes, support corporate decision-making, and manage data effectively.

• Perform scenario analysis considering operational, financial, investment decisions, and macroeconomic variables.

• Assess companies using a variety of financial valuation techniques, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and capital structure evaluation.

• Establish funding frameworks and scenarios within models, completing funding capacity and project finance assessments.

• Test and enhance models to deliver high-quality outputs that align with client specifications and fulfill investor expectations.

• Identify management levers to optimize business performance.

• Execute primary and secondary research, along with quantitative data collection and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates should hold at least a Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university (international).

• Strong academic record and professional Accounting/Finance certification is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Modelling, Advisory, or Corporate Finance is required.

• Mid-level and Junior candidates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

• Strong problem-solving, strategic, analytical, interpersonal, and people management abilities are necessary.

• Experience in client management would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with project feasibility studies, financing structures, and project finance is preferred.
