📋 Description
• Develop and sustain comprehensive financial models in Excel for acquisition and development initiatives.
• Conduct debt assessments, including Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), loan sizing, and evaluation of capital structures.
⛳️ Requirements
• 2–10 years of experience in real estate finance planning and analysis.
• Ability to debug logic and articulate every connection within your model.
