Financial Management – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offering subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25-30 online undergraduate students

• Assisting in the development of skills such as academic writing, research, and time management

• Facilitating individual and small group tutoring sessions

• Providing assistance with relevant reference materials

• Evaluating and grading assignments with comprehensive feedback

• Overseeing discussion forums; delivering proactive, prompt, and personalized support for student inquiries and concerns.

• Communicating with students via email or calls/online sessions from locations that suit them.

⛳️ Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a prestigious university in India

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in the relevant fields at a prominent university or college

• Compassionate, driven, warm, and sociable personality eager to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Proficient in the English language; exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Must have a functioning laptop and access to a stable high-speed internet connection (>10 MBPS)

• Ability to swiftly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability required from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM IST every day.
