This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver outstanding member service experiences within an Inbound Call Center environment.
• Uphold a professional attitude while assisting with troubleshooting and providing decision-making support.
• Guarantee prompt and precise resolutions for members and potential members concerning their financial health.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior customer service experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of six months as a Member Care Representative 1 or previous experience in Digital Services is required.
• Additional training or experience in technical support or resolving online and mobile banking issues is preferred.
• Experience in Call Center or Banking is advantageous.
